About Me
I’ve been a musician for thirty years but have devoted myself to painting over the past several years. After my divorce I bought a new house and needed new art for decorating. I didn’t have the budget to buy a bunch of new art so I decided to make some myself. I decorated my home with large abstract canvases, gave paintings to friends, started a weekly painting night and eventually started selling my work. Among other projects I've done a series of Song Paintings (which are visual depictions of my songs) on cardboard record sleeves. I am inspired by Agnes Martin, Gerhard Richter, Odilon Redon, Rockwell Kent and Misawa Atsuhiko. I paint from my home in Portland, OR where I live with my two kids and our dog. I hope these paintings bring you some joy; it made me happy to make them. Thanks for visiting!

About the Shipping
Shipping is not included in the list price. When you make your order Shopify will tell you the shipping cost before you purchase. We ship out within three days of your order.
